We have started the new year off with a bang 💥

New project secured in Exeter at this 14th Century Grade ll Listed Church, situated in Topsham 🏗️

Our team have been busy this week setting up site, ensuring safe segregation internally between the work areas & the live church 🔨

Macauley & our supply chain have their work cut out over the next four months, to bring this prestigious project to life for our client 🫡

As the year comes to an end, we would like to thank our clients, supply chain & our team for their support & hard work throughout the past 12 months 👏🏼

2025 surpassed our expectations on every front, achieving more than we thought would be possible 🍾

We’ve just secured our largest project to date, which we cannot wait to get started on early next month for our new client! Watch this space 🔨

🏫 Roof Access at Holsworthy Primary School 🏫

This week we installed a safe and tidy roof-access scaffold for essential works at Holsworthy Primary School — carried out for our new partners, Contracts LTD.

We’re pleased to welcome KS Contracts on board and look forward to supporting their projects with reliable, TG20-compliant access across the region. 👷‍♂️💪

New project started this week for one of our valued return clients 🔨

Not all projects have the wow factor, but they are all equally as important to us & the end user!

Looking forward to handing over this new space early 2026, for the local young children & their staff 🤩

Now the dust has settled from the summer chaos, time to reflect on a very productive couple of months for us here at KS Contracts LTD!

Between July & August, we managed to complete various projects on time & on budget.

▪️Plymbridge Nursery School (two projects).
▪️Ham Drive Nursery School (two projects).
▪️Exmouth Community College (numerous projects).
▪️St Cuthbert Mayne School (numerous projects).
▪️Lynton CofE School (two projects).
▪️Two projects for Devon Partnership NHS Trust.
▪️Large garden wall render package.
▪️Domestic structural knock thru & kitchen install.

During this period & the start of this month, we have received numerous tenders which we are in the process of pricing.

We are also starting a new large scheme for Bloor Homes @ Lyme Regis next week, which we are looking forward to getting into!

2025 has been an amazing year for us so far, although we anticipate next year to be bigger & better!

All of this would not would not be possible without the hard work & dedication of our entire supply chain, we salute you 🫡

Phase one complete @ Exmouth Community College ✅

Our team managed to fully refurbish eight classrooms & a single office in less than three weeks, the results speak for themselves!

As always, a huge thank you to our dedicated team & supply chain to ensure this project was compelted prior to the furniture install date 🫡

Great progression made on phase two over the past couple of weeks, keep your eyes peeled…

Handover Day 🔨

Today we completed works at one of our School Projects in Plymouth, with our client very happy with their new open-plan space 🤩

Thank you to the team & our supply chain for turning this project around in just three weeks!
