🥱🥱update.

I am bored.

In good news. Surgery went well. Fingers looking mangled but good given that.

6 weeks no driving due to the splint/wire whilst ring finger repairs.

Then it’s a bit of a who knows to see how tendons, nerves and arteries repair but looking like I’ll be back quicker than originally expected.

Turns out my customers are mega though. So I am booked 2 months straight out the bat when I return. But I will be extending each booking slightly to allow for a better rehab and ensure I’m not rushing.

So if you got plans or want to design your next project. Now is definitely the time. Let’s get after it 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Just a quick update for clients and friends.

I had a serious accident with a circular saw this week and ended up needing hand surgery after damaging multiple fingers, tendons and nerves, along with breaking two fingers. Recovery and rehab are going to take a bit of time.

I’m doing alright and will keep everyone updated as I recover. Really appreciate the patience, understanding, and messages I’ve had already. 👍

Update on this big makeover! Still awaiting oak beam mantle. Wainscoting in. Ready for paint this week.

Shelves and beam to go in. And then herringbone floor.

Had some left over acoustic panel, presented the idea to the customer who agreed. With the bench seating to be built in place. The dining area will look wicked good with this in place. So whipped them up. Looking forward to seeing this one painted. Floor will absolutely complement it.

Appointment shuffle meant I had a day free. Quickly snapped up for this sleeper retaining wall. Proper mucky one though.

Wainscoting below dado rail next week, shelves either side. Herringbone LVT end of the month.
