House renovation in Lipson.

The client had bought a 3 story house that hadn’t be touched for 30 years works completed:

-kitchen from down to upstairs
-converted original kitchen into bedroom
-front room re plastered, painted and restored fire place, (keeping original features such as coving, rose, dowel beading and picture rail)
-sanded floors in front room, hallway and kitchen
-utility room re plastered and new worktop, re used old kitchen corner unit to keep cost down
-painted throughout
-chimney capped and installed new pots with cowels
-front garden transformed into bright, appealing and welcoming 1st impressions, before entering the house.

The renovation took around 3 months, I myself, projected managed from start to finish, planning all trades, materials and procurement.

It was a hard graft with only one entrance from road side and located on one of Plymouth’s busiest one way streets, however we delivered to client satisfaction and within given timescale.
