Transformation incoming... 🪄
We’ve just finished this beautiful balcony in Brixham, and we absolutely love how it’s turned out.
Our customers originally came to us with an old steel and timber balcony that had become heavily corroded. Being near the sea in Brixham, and within a valley, it was exposed to all of the elements, and it was time for a complete change and to make things safe.
They wanted a new stainless steel balcony, so we got to work designing something that would suit the house, the location, and most importantly, give them a balcony they could enjoy for years to come.
There was a bit of a journey before we could actually get started. We helped with the planning process and worked alongside Louis Devon and Cornwall Planning Consultants who helped to get everything approved.
Once planning was sorted, our customers chose their decking colour, we removed and disposed the old balcony and then got to work preparing the fascia ready for the new one.
And then it was time for the exciting bit… installing the new balcony! 👏
The finished result is a marine grade, mirror-polished stainless steel balcony, with the new decking and privacy panels completing the whole thing.
And just look at that view! 😍
They have the most amazing countryside and sea views from the house, and the new balcony gives them such a lovely outdoor space to actually sit and enjoy it.
Luckily, we’re still getting some beautiful warm weather here in Devon, so there’s plenty of opportunity for a morning coffee out there! ☕️
Our customers were absolutely lovely throughout the whole project, and it was a real pleasure to work with them (and their lovely cats).
