End of Day 10 on our latest garden room build 🏡
The room is now prepped and ready for plastering and full length media wall build after the long weekend break.
Great progress so far, and we’re looking forward to seeing the next stage come together. 👷‍♂️🔨

✨ Another stunning transformation completed in Saltash! ✨
What a difference this project has made.
Brad and I have recently completed the installation of this beautiful Pinela glass veranda, replacing an old, rotten, unusable conservatory with a modern outdoor living space that can be enjoyed all year round.
This installation features:
✔️ Premium Millboard decking
✔️ Deponti Pinela glass
✔️ Fiano glass sliding doors.
✔️ A fixed aluminium wall
The result is a bright, contemporary, multi-functional outdoor space that offers protection from the elements while still enjoying the garden views. Brad and I have had a busy and gruelling week working through the heat 🥵, removing an old, rotten, and unusable conservatory and transforming the space with the installation of this stunning 6x3 Deponti Pinela glass veranda.
With the remedial work on the property completed and the main structure now erected and fully glazed, we've moved on to installing a new aluminium floor system in preparation for the Millboard decking, which will be complemented by Fiano glass sliding doors.
Despite the challenging temperatures this week, we're pleased with the progress so far and are looking forward to sharing the finished transformation with you soon. 🔨

Over the past couple of days, Brad and I have returned to the Tavistock Annex project to complete the final phase of the installation.
This stage involved the commissioning of a solar PV system with integrated battery storage, providing the property with a sustainable and efficient energy solution designed to reduce reliance on the grid and maximise the use of renewable energy.
It's been rewarding to see this project progress from the initial design stages through to completion,
A great project to be involved with from start to finish.

Another fantastic project completed in Tavistock ✅
It’s been a busy couple of weeks for myself and Brad bringing this annexe build to life — and the finished result looks incredible. Fully decorated and fitted out with modern kitchen and bathroom, this turnkey project has been transformed a space that once stood a garage into a stylish, self-contained one-bedroom mini home for our client’s daughter.
Despite its compact 6m x 6m footprint, this build is packed with smart design features, including a stunning vaulted ceiling, bespoke LED lighting, and a quirky mezzanine area that will soon be accessed via a custom wall-mounted ladder.
This project is a great example of what can be achieved with clever planning, quality workmanship, and attention to detail — proving that small spaces can still feel spacious, modern, and full of character.
Really proud of how this one has turned out 👌

Another productive week on the Tavistock project. The final phase of internal spraying has now been completed, marking a major milestone in the build .
Brad and I have also been busy installing the kitchen and bathroom, while making a strong start on the second fix electrical works. Everything is coming together nicely and we’re looking forward to sharing the finished project soon. 🔨⚡️🏡

Brad and I returned to the Tavistock Annex for a couple of days this week following the completion of the taping and jointing work. We’ve now begun the painting phase with the 1st coat sprayed just in time for the long weekend.
At the same time, we’ve also started constructing an aluminium veranda at the rear of the main house, which is progressing nicely.

Another busy few days for myself and Brad on the Tavistock annex build 👷‍♂️
The cladding is now complete, all services are connected, and the team has been in to dry line. Tape and jointing is already underway too.
This project is really starting to take shape now—great to see it all coming together! Stay tuned for more updates. 🏗️

Progress on the Tavistock annex build:
Brad and I have been busy ahead of the bank holiday, preparing for the wall cladding while also installing the roof and completing the bespoke soffit and fascia detailing.
