My favourite pattern to create👌
Project: 1524mm (5ft) diameter half sphere with locating return fl**ge.
This master pattern will be used to create a GRP mould.
The mould will be used to produce 2 fibreglass parts, which will be bonded together at the hemisphere.
This will make a perfect sphere for a prestige globe company to use.

Nice piece to have in the corner of your study or library 😂

A very cool project Pattern Making UK have been working on.
A GRP projector housing. At 6.2m in length the projector screen had to be imported from Italy.
The screen is housed in a GRP weather proof housing and will be suspended between two trees 10m apart and approximately 8m from the ground.
It will be located at a privately owned country estate within a tree house and assault course area designed for the children.
Hopefully final position photos to be posted soon, once installed.
Videos of the treehouse area can be viewed through Blue Forest.

Choice of window, high quality 5mm acrylic (various tints and frosting or clear) to clients specifications.

RAL colour matched painted fascia.

RAL colour matched exterior frontage (stripes or plain).

Interior decoration service available on request.

Windbreak/privacy screen now available.

Town Council approved.
