We did it! 🎉🥾🇮🇸

Day 3 complete - & with it, the Highadmit Projects Ltd team has officially completed the Fire & Ice Trek in Iceland! 🔥❄️

Over the past three days, we’ve crossed volcanic landscapes 🌋, glaciers ❄️, rivers 🌊, and mountain trails 🏔️, pushing ourselves through every challenge the incredible Laugavegur Trail had to offer.

It hasn’t always been easy, but every step has been worth it, knowing we were trekking in support of Velindre Cancer Service 💚. The determination, resilience, & teamwork shown by everyone involved has been nothing short of inspiring.

We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together & grateful for the amazing support we’ve received throughout this challenge. To everyone who has donated or sent messages of encouragement - thank you. Your support has helped us every step of the way.

This trek may be over, but supporting Velindre continues. Every donation helps make a difference to patients & their families.

Day 2 complete! 🥾🌋❄️🔥

Another incredible day on Iceland’s Fire & Ice Trek is in the books for the Highadmit Projects Ltd team as we continue our journey in support of Velindre Cancer Service 💚

Today brought another full day of challenging trekking through some of Iceland’s most spectacular landscapes. From rugged mountain trails & vast valleys to glaciers and river crossings, every kilometre reminded us why this trek is known as one of the world’s most iconic hiking routes 🏔️🌿

The legs are definitely feeling it, but the team spirit remains high, & knowing we’re raising funds for Velindre continues to drive us forward 💪🏼🙌🏼😅

Day 1 complete! ✅

Today, the Highadmit Projects Ltd team took on the first 25km of our Fire & Ice Trek in Iceland, setting off from Landmannalaugar on the world-famous Laugavegur Trail in support of Velindre Cancer Service. ❄️🔥

From volcanic landscapes and steaming geothermal vents to breathtaking mountain scenery, it’s been an unforgettable first day. The terrain was challenging, but knowing we’re raising funds for such an incredible cause kept us moving every step of the way. 🌋🏔️

This is just the beginning, and we’re looking forward to what the next few days have in store as we continue this incredible journey across Iceland. 🇮🇸🥾

Despite the Welsh weather doing its best to dampen proceedings, our recent Highadmit Projects Ltd Charity BBQ was a fantastic success! 🌧️🍔🎉

Thanks to the incredible generosity and support of everyone who attended, participated, donated, and helped organise the day, we are delighted to announce that we raised an impressive £1,677.48 for Velindre Cancer Service! 💙💛

The day was packed with great food, a raffle, and a variety of fun activities, all helping to raise money for an amazing cause.
