Another PRBG project begins! Our customer informed us that they were experiencing water ingress at the front elevation of the property.

After a thorough site survey we concluded that the problem was coming from the valleys either side of the bay window.

Further inspection confirmed that a previous contractor attempted to conduct a repair with a liquid temporary roofing repair solution which was never going to be a long term, effective solution!

We are now replacing the valleys in leadwork and replacing tiles to the bay window, and providing our 10 year warranty.

The tenth chimney we are upgrading this year for our client with a large property portfolio. Repointing by other roofing companies failed so here we are again applying our excellent silicone rendering system which seals the chimneys effectively once and for all !

Its not where you start its where you finish ! Another complete roof replacement conducted by PRBG. This dilapidated roof had reached the end of its life and needed a major make-over. PRBG were called in ! All old batons were stripped off and replaced. All the leadwork was renewed, new ridges and ridge system, and a new tiles installed over the whole area.
