Green PEA is a free business certification scheme, offering organisations the opportunity to receive a free energy usage survey and recommendations for reducing their energy consumption and saving money, whilst working through the scheme. Benefits for organisations include reduced energy bills, increased employee motivation, PR and fulfilment of CSR. The Green PEA scheme was originally developed t

o help reduce the level of carbon emissions within the Borough of Poole. The scheme was subsequently expanded into other Local Authority areas under licence. The Green PEA CIC was formed in 2014 to oversee the schemes in operation.
