September is here, which means we’re getting closer to our open day!

We’re not long away from opening the doors to our new facility on 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘁 𝟭𝟬𝗮𝗺, where we’ll be showcasing some of the latest additions to our material handling range.

This includes stainless steel reel, drum and barrel handling equipment, vacuum lifting solutions for sacks, boxes and more, alongside our heavy duty lifting equipment. You’ll also have the chance to see the equipment in action and chat with our engineering and sales team throughout the day.

Looking for a simpler way to manage pallet storage in your warehouse?

The Pallet Master pallet dispenser magazine system helps reduce manual handling and forklift traffic by allowing pallets to be handled directly at floor level, keeping them organised and making loading and dispensing safer for operators.

We’re excited to share the latest addition to our workshop, the 𝗛𝗣𝗖 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝗶 𝗣𝗥𝗢 Fibre Metal Cutter. 🙌

As part of our move to bring more of the manufacturing process in-house, investing in our own fibre laser means we can cut parts when we need them, reduce lead times and make changes during design and development without sending work elsewhere.

It also gives us more flexibility when building bespoke lifting equipment and developing new machine designs.

We already have a few jobs going through it and it’s running like a dream!

You wouldn't believe that roll weighs 500kg with how easy that lift looks!

The stacker truck, with wide angled chisel forks and straddle legs, is designed to lift and transport paper rolls up to 500kg, taking manual handling out of the job.

Part of the Logitrans handling range, the attachment is mounted onto a fully powered heavy duty mild steel painted stacker truck with powered lift and propulsion. The straddle legs work around pallets, giving operators better access when lifting and positioning rolls in warehouse environments.

A practical setup for moving heavy rolls with better control and less manual handling. 🤩

How do you get a roll into position when space is tight?

Well, this attachment is the answer. 👇

Originally designed for a customer in the food industry, this hinged vertical spindle attachment was developed to lift and handle rolls of film and foil in restricted access and confined spaces.

Made from stainless steel, the hinged mechanism allows the spindle to pivot 90° left or right, making sideways loading onto packaging machinery much easier where space is limited.

Bad handling of Ma**er drums slows production down - good handling keeps it moving.

Our stainless steel lifter is designed for O Top™ egg shaped drums, giving operators powered control when lifting, gripping, lowering and rotating drums through 180°. It handles loads up to 225kg and is suited to food, pharmaceutical, chemical and cleanroom environments.

The standard setup handles drums up to 540mm in diameter and 810mm high, with larger load requirements available if needed.
