At Precision Units we manufacture a huge variety of products across a diverse range of industries, from boat builders to hotels, heating specialists to local authorities worldwide. We offer an end to end solution designing, manufacturing and supplying our products such as fire safety, decontamination and breathing apparatus control boards to local Fire and Police Authorities, ambulance services and the M.O.D.

Dear Valued Customers and Suppliers

From the week beginning Monday 1st December 2025 we will be testing a 4-day working week for all staff members at Precision Units.

This trial period will be for 3 months and is part of our ongoing commitment to innovation and employee well being.

We will still have the same production capacity as before, but our staff will be working longer days Monday - Thursday. Any Emails sent Friday will be read the following Monday. We kindly ask that you do not attempt to make deliveries or collections on Fridays, as our premises will be closed and no staff will be able to assist.

If this 3-month trial is successful, then a 4-day week may become permanent. We will update you further at the end of the trial period.
