🔧I had the pleasure to work at to put the hot and cold pipe work right on the food preparation and hand wash sinks, as they previously had a lack of hot water due to the hot and cold pipes being connected together. The next step is the waste!

🍜I must say what a lovely restaurant, I was kindly made a grilled pork bánh mì and a Vietnamese iced coffee which was amazing! I will definitely be going back to try the rest of the menu!

A boiler service is far more than a quick test to check its operating safely, although this is what many people seem to believe. It’s crucial that all of the components are checked upon a service.

On todays boiler the burner seals were worn. Worn burner seals can lead to:

⚠️Carbon monoxide leaks
⚠️Reduced boiler efficiency
⚠️Potential fire risks.

We rectified the issues and tested the appliance ready for the cold weather.

I was contacted by a new customer to service their boiler and found this.

Yet another reason to have your boiler serviced annually.

Corroded, leaking flues are at risk to gas escaping, leading to carbon monoxide poisoning, therefore require immediate attention.
Thankfully I found and rectified before any harm was caused.

If you boiler hasn’t been checked in a while, don’t wait.
