Our range of capabilities includes roll grinding, electro-discharge texturing and chrome plating. We can handle a variety of roller types ranging from a few tonnes in weight to large 30 tonne back up rollers. We can grind a variety of shapes and profiles into the roll barrel and can apply a w

ide range of textures. In addition to our core processes we also offer several additional services, including large component 3D measurement, bearing and bearing housing inspection and reclamation of damaged rollers. We also sell two related products, the ProMic roll profile measurement instrument and our own Roll Shop Management System which we are able to configure and install to allow customers to effectively manage large fleets of rollers.
