Office administrator required for busy office environment
This is temp cover for maternity but may be extended

Salary - Negotiable depending on experience

Hours 37.5 per week
Monday to Thurs 8.30am to 5.00pm
Friday 08.30am - 3.30pm

Job Duties:
General administration / record keeping
Data Input onto bespoke in-house systems
Handling telephone calls
Purchase ledger duties / job costing
Additional duties may be required to ensure the smooth running of a busy office

Qualifications / experience
Minimum of three GCSE's grade C or above
2 Years proven office/admin experience
IT literate in all Microsoft Packages
Must be able to work on own initiative, organise workload and demonstrate a flexible attitude to work
