🚧 Another productive week at R3 Property 🚧

We’re just 4 weeks into a stunning high-spec kitchen extension in Wi******er, and great progress has been made. The flat roof is now fully installed and watertight, ready for glazing and first fix to begin.

At the same time, we kicked off a loft conversion earlier this week—starting with a full strip-out of the existing hipped roof. We’re transforming the space into a timber-frame gable end with a full-width rear dormer.

In just a few days:

* Roof fully stripped
* Structural steels installed
* New joists in place
* Complete roof carcass constructed, pitched, and weathered

Progress like this is what keeps projects moving efficiently while maintaining quality at every stage.

Our upcoming works include extensions, loft conversions, office refurbishments, and premium garden rooms, and we’re looking for committed individuals to join us on a long-term subcontractor basis.

🔨 Multitrade Operative Role:
✔️ Company van provided
✔️ Fuel expenses covered (up to agreed daily mileage)
✔️ Must be confident in:
- General carpentry (studwork, 1st fix, 2nd fix & final finishes)
- General plastering & drylining
- General building works
- Basic electrics & plumbing (for isolation and strip-out tasks)

💪 Labourer Role:
✔️ General site labouring duties including:
- Keeping sites clean, tidy & organised
- General demolition works
- Assisting trades with tasks such as plasterboarding & painting
- Manual handling and material moving

✔️ Must be:
- Hardworking

- Hold a full UK driving licence

Great progress over the past 8 days on our Twyford extension project 👏

A huge thank you to our groundwork and brickwork partners for delivering these critical early stages to such a high standard — teamwork like this keeps everything moving smoothly and on schedule.

Next up, we’ll be installing the block and beam foundation early next week, with brickwork starting Wednesday — currently running ahead of programme 💪

Looking forward to sharing more updates as this project continues to take shape.

Dead space → stunning feature wall 🔨

We recently completed this bespoke media wall for Mel & Grant in Eastney, Portsmouth, transforming the space either side of their chimney breast into practical storage and a sleek entertainment centre.

All electronics are neatly stored, fully connected, and hidden away for a clean, modern look.

We’re entering the final phase of this project in Wickham for our client Gary.

Gary came to us with little experience in construction and wanted a company that could take away the stress of coordinating multiple trades. We were more than happy to help, managing the project from planning stage through to approval to create a fully habitable living space for his elderly mother, making it easier for him to care for her.

We can’t wait to hand this one over — it’s already looking fantastic with a nice contrast between cedral lap cladding and thermowood cladding installed vertically. Windows and doors are being installed on Monday, followed by insulation and plasterboarding, ready for us to push on through to decoration.

This is a full turnkey package for Gary, including landscaping, and it’s great to see it coming together so well.

Great progress at Megan & Nick’s full ground floor refurbishment in Portsmouth.

All strip-out works, structural alterations, and first fix carpentry are now complete, creating a brand-new open-plan living space.

It’s all hands on deck over the next couple of weeks as we push on to plaster finish, flooring, and second fix, all in preparation for the scheduled kitchen delivery.

To all of our followers and customers — we’d like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and all the best for the New Year 🎄✨

It’s been a fantastic year for our team. We finally broke away from new-build site work and have been able to focus entirely on our amazing private clients, creating stunning new spaces in their homes. Our Luxora by R3 garden room brand has gone from strength to strength this year, and we can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store.

We’d also like to say a huge thank you to all of our staff for their hard work — none of this would be possible without you. And of course, a massive thank you to our Account Manager, Katie Pond , for bearing with us on a weekly basis 😂

Handcut porch roof in denmead ready for fascia and soffit when it arrives 💪 great progress being made on this self build project by our team with the main roof nearing completion and the office/garage roof complete and ready for the roofer we are looking forward to getting onto internals after the Christmas break
