Recent refurb project completed over in widley 💪🏼

Two full room strip outs with artex ceilings to be removed and a few extra rooms added on while we were there!

This refurbs going to look amazing once it’s finished.

One of our recent HMO projects is complete!

Lots of hard work went into the this one but we are really happy with the outcome. Now time to hand over to the decorators to work their magic!

We’ve finished the rendering on this HMO project finally after a couple set backs out of our control.

Ceiling repair completed over in Paulsgrove.

This ceiling had give way due to a previous unresolved leak from the bathroom above.

Once resolved we were asked to plasterboard and re plaster back into the existing ceiling followed by a quick visit once the plaster is dry to put coving back up in place.

Great work with this chimney rip out to maximise space in this customers bedroom!

Lots of bricks to bag up, but well worth the effort!

Also another overboard to secure the ceiling and a re skim over the entire room!

Now the rooms looking much cleaner and sleek! Ready to dry and be painted.

Had an emergency Christmas call out regarding a ceiling falling down whilst the customer was sleeping!😳

The old larve and plaster ceiling was giving way, due to previous damp issues (which our solved) and also just being at the end of its life. The customer didn’t want to pull the ceiling down and deal with the dust/soot, so as suggested we over boarded with some nice 100mm screws to re secure the structure.

That plus a nice fresh coat of plaster and it’s all repaired! Now drying ready to be painted.

Plastering finished at our HMO in Portsmouth.
