🚀 We’re Hiring: Embedded Field Service Representatives (Controls) – Ireland
We’re seeking two skilled and motivated Embedded Field Service Technicians to join our team!
📍 1x Donegal, Ireland
📍 1x Kilkenny, Ireland (or very close surrounding areas)
🔧 Role Highlights:
• PLC / controls programming for custom automation systems
• Troubleshooting and commissioning industrial equipment on-site
• Work with robotics, servo systems, and automated machinery
• Mix of field service and internal systems build exposure
• Customer-facing technical support and problem-solving
• Travel to domestic and international customer sites as required
🎯 Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a hands-on automation / controls environment
• 3+ years’ experience programming PLCs and HMIs using Allen Bradley or Siemens software
• Proven track record of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving faults on automated machinery
• Strong understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics, with a basic knowledge of electrical and control systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional approach with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across customer and internal teams in a multi-disciplined, fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
