Day 2 on Site for MEA Projects and Progress is Well Underway! 🚧

Following an unexpected incident where a delivery van left the main road and came through the perimeter garden wall of this property, the MEA Team has been working efficiently to get things back under control.

The site has now been fully cleared and we’re moving forward with the next phase of works.

Being shortlisted for the fourth consecutive year, this time for Special Project of the Year, is something we’re incredibly proud of as a business.

While we didn’t take home the award on the night, recognition at this level continues to reflect the consistency, quality, and commitment of the MEA Projects team.

Events like this are a great reminder of the strength of the industry we’re part of, the importance of collaboration, and the value of continually raising standards.

📍 London | MA Awards 2026

On Thursday, Lewis and Lauren (MEA Directions & Co-Owners), alongside Joe, one of our Contracts Managers, headed to London after being invited for the fifth year running to attend the MA Awards.

This marks our fourth consecutive year being shortlisted; this time for Special Project of the Year. While we didn’t take home the award, we’re incredibly proud to be nominated and grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a fantastic day celebrating excellence across the industry ❤️

A real highlight was hearing from Dave Fishwick Fishwick and learning from his inspirational journey, alongside a full day of networking and making valuable new connections 🤝

As we wrap up the year, we just want to say a big thank you to everyone who has supported MEA Projects throughout 2025 - our clients, partners, suppliers, and of course our fantastic team.

It’s been a busy year, and we’re proud of the work delivered and the relationships built along the way. We’re looking forward to coming back in the New Year refreshed and ready to continue rebuilding homes safely and professionally for our clients and their policyholders.

A great day yesterday at the Synergy Success Network Elite Mastermind - this month it was Lewis and Joe representing the MEA Projects Ltd team.

We spent the morning reflecting on what’s working, where we can improve, and setting clear goals to keep moving the business forward.

The session was topped off perfectly with a great lunch, and a good use of the wellness and gym facilities both before and after the mastermind — the ideal balance of reflection, focus, and recharge.

When high tide caused major flooding, the owners of this stunning home were left in chaos…

We are so proud of this home restoration project on Hayling Island, Hampshire. After a high tide caused major flooding, we got to work… including fully stripping and drying the ground floor, carefully removing the kitchen island without damaging the solid quartz worktops (which we later reinstated), rebuilding brickwork, and more…

✅ New flooring laid throughout
✅ Skirting replaced
✅ Bricks rebuilt
✅ Toilet and sink reinstated
✅ Media wall crafted by hand using recycled materials from the project
✅ Full redecoration from the ground floor to the stairs

We even arranged alternative accommodation so the policyholder could return from holiday stress-free.

Another seamless insurance reinstatement, restoring homes and peace of mind ✨

We're thrilled with the progress on our project in Fleet, Hampshire 🙌

This incredible home experienced severe damage caused by fire, so we're working hard to restore it to its former glory ✨ We've surpassed some exciting milestones recently, and it's fantastic to see the property come back to life.

A huge shoutout to our Contracts Manager, Joseph, who has been an unstoppable driving force so far throughout this project.

We'll share some then vs now comparisons soon, so keep your eyes peeled 👀
