This door and frame was quite badly rotted. My customer didn't want an expensive bill for a complete new door and frame and they asked me whether it was possible to repair the frame. I wasn't sure whether it was too far gone. I think I managed to pull it off. A new hardwood door will be fitted towards the end of the refurb.
