Accuracy in concrete starts long before the mixing begins.

Every batch relies on the right materials being measured in the right proportions. That’s why the weighing system behind a batching plant matters.

MEKA batching plants are engineered with accuracy at the heart of the process, with Siemens SWAREX weighing technology providing a highly accurate and reliable weighing process.

But good engineering isn't about one component in isolation.

MEKA also designs its weighing systems to help minimise the effect of vibration on the weighing process, while its plants are built around robust construction, quality components and accessibility for calibration, maintenance and everyday operation. MEKA's own technical information similarly highlights independent material weighing as part of its approach to achieving precise and consistent results.

It’s this attention to the detail behind every batch that makes us proud to represent MEKA in the UK.

Because when you're producing concrete day after day, accuracy isn't an extra. It's fundamental.

Accuracy starts with calibration.

There’s a huge amount of technology behind a modern volumetric mixer, but ultimately it has one very important job- putting the right materials into the mix, in the right proportions.

That’s where calibration matters.

A correctly calibrated mixer establishes how each material is metered against the required mix design, helping operators maintain accuracy and consistency throughout production. On ProAll mixers, the Commander control system uses that calibration data alongside the selected mix design to control and monitor material dosing during operation.

It’s an important part of owning and operating a volumetric mixer, and one our team at Armcon understands inside and out.

We don’t just supply equipment. We believe in supporting it throughout its working life- with the technical knowledge, servicing, parts and support our customers need to keep producing.

Another reason we’re incredibly proud of the experience we have within the Armcon team.

Accurate calibration. Consistent production. Proper support.

Pride in every build. Standards in every detail.

Every mixer that leaves Armcon represents our name, and that’s something we take seriously.

From the first stages of the build through to the final checks, our team takes pride in getting the details right and delivering every machine to the standard our customers expect from us.

It’s a standard we maintain for every customer, whether it’s a new mixer, parts, servicing or support. Because for us, it doesn’t end when a machine leaves the workshop.

Our customers rely on their equipment to keep producing, keep delivering and keep their businesses moving, and we’re proud to play our part in keeping the concrete industry moving with them.

A huge amount of work goes on behind the scenes, and we’re incredibly proud of the people who make it happen every day.

Built with pride. Backed by Armcon.

Parts. In stock. Ready when you need them.

We’ve invested heavily over the years in building one of the UK’s largest stocks of volumetric mixer parts, and it’s something we’re incredibly proud of.

Our dedicated parts team supports customers across the UK and around the world, supplying genuine Terex® parts for ProAll mixers alongside a huge range of parts for other makes and models.

For us, it’s about more than having parts sitting on a shelf. It’s about understanding how important uptime is to our customers and making sure we can get the right part where it needs to be, when it’s needed.

We’ve been part of the volumetric concrete industry for a long time, and we’re proud to continue investing in the stock, people and support that help keep it moving.

UK or international, if you need volumetric mixer parts, speak to the Armcon team.

Built around you.

No two concrete operations are exactly the same, so why should the solution be?

When investing in a batching plant, it isn't simply about choosing a model from a catalogue. The site, required output, application and future plans of the business all need to be considered from the outset.

That is where MEKA's engineering capability really comes into its own.

With a state-recognised R&D centre and a team of more than 70 R&D engineers, MEKA can develop plant configurations around specific customer requirements, site conditions and technical needs.

From the plant and mixer through to automation, silos, fibre dosing and associated equipment, MEKA can also provide a complete solution from a single manufacturer.

For us at Armcon, that's an important part of the partnership. We're not interested in simply supplying a batching plant. We want to understand what a customer is trying to achieve and help put the right solution behind their operation.

Your requirements first. The plant follows.

Another ProAll mixer leaves Armcon.

It has been a particularly busy couple of days for the team, with yesterday’s two-mixer handover to L&S followed today by the completion and handover of this new machine for Biker Group Concrete.

Seeing three new mixers leave Armcon in the space of two days is something we are incredibly proud of. Each represents a significant amount of work across the business, from specification and preparation through to testing and final handover.

Our thanks go to the entire Armcon team for maintaining the standards our customers expect, particularly during such a busy period.

Most importantly, we would like to thank Biker Group for placing their trust in Armcon and ProAll. It has been a pleasure preparing this machine for them, and we look forward to seeing it out on site and working.

Three mixers. Two days. Another strong week for Armcon.

We come to you.

Keeping a volumetric mixer working shouldn’t always mean bringing it back to the workshop.

Our experienced mobile engineers can provide practical support out in the field, helping customers keep their mixers maintained, reliable and ready for work.

From scheduled servicing and repairs to calibration support, our service team understands volumetric mixers and, more importantly, understands the impact downtime can have on a concrete business.

That’s why our support doesn’t end when a mixer leaves Armcon. Whether it’s at our facilities or out on site, the priority remains the same- keeping our customers operational and their mixers pouring.

A fantastic day for the team at L&S Concrete.

Today we had the pleasure of handing over two new ProAll volumetric mixers, ready to join the L&S fleet.

It’s always great to see our customers continuing to invest in their businesses, and these two machines are another significant addition to an already impressive operation.

There’s a huge amount of work that goes into every mixer that leaves Armcon, and we’re incredibly proud of our team for the care, knowledge and effort they put into getting each machine ready for its customer.

A huge congratulations to everyone at L&S Concrete, and thank you once again for choosing Armcon and ProAll to supply the latest additions to your fleet.

We wish the whole team continued success and look forward to seeing the new mixers out on the road.

Another great feature of the ProAll Commander system.

The technology on these machines has come a long way, but the important thing is making sure it actually makes life easier for the operator.

Job Manager keeps things simple, allowing mix designs and jobs to be managed quickly and easily without overcomplicating the process.

A great example of the thinking that goes into ProAll mixers and why we’re proud to represent them here in the UK.

Another ProAll on its way to Africa.

We’ve been working hard to grow Armcon’s presence overseas, so it’s great to see another machine leaving our HQ and heading out to Africa.

This time it’s a P95, prepared by the team here at Armcon and now loaded up ready to make the journey to its new owner.

We know these machines inside out and it’s brilliant to see more and more of them heading out across the world, backed by the knowledge and support we’ve built here at Armcon over the years.

Another P95 out of the doors and another ProAll heading to Africa. A great result for everyone involved.
