Another job completed.
This is a front extension that was incredibly cold and damp due to sand and cemented walls that couldn’t allow airflow.

So we hacked it off cleaned the brickwork then applied 2 coats of Limelite Renovating Plaster then 2 coats of Limelite Finishing Plaster which is a more suitable product for this type of project as we didn’t want to use any gypsum based plaster on the walls to allow airflow and better ventilation.

We also plasterboarded and skimmed the ceiling.

We plasterboarded the ceiling and formed a feature around the tops of the conservatory windows by double boarding to create a nib around the underneath.
We also patched in where it was needed to neaten it up as well as plastering everything else.

We rendered a large gable end in a Sand and Cement stipple finish.
Before rendering the brickwork was grinded out and dusted off
Then we applied SBR to provide another key for the new render
