🚧 From the workshop straight to work!

Another bespoke trailer mounted sprayer recently completed and already out on site with its new owner.

This build features our 3m Max Extended Folding Spraybar, giving excellent coverage while still folding down for easier transport and storage.

Built to suit the job, this sprayer also includes:

✔️ Self-filling tank
✔️ Simple propane fired heating, hand spray lance & full material circulation
✔️ Remote control operation of the spraybar with operating flashing beacon
✔️ Self-cleaning system with onboard diesel supply, plus a compressed air tank and 10 gallon bitumen boiler to be added to the trailer at its next service!

We love seeing our machines go straight from completion into action, it's exactly what they’re built for! 🦾

🚛 Another bespoke truck mounted sprayer delivered. Another happy customer 🥹

It has been a pleasure working with Devon Tarmasters to bring their bespoke truck mounted sprayer from concept to life. From sourcing the perfect 3.5 tonne vehicle through to the final detailing and handover, seeing their vision become reality and handing over the keys to another purpose built addition to their fleet is exactly why we love what we do.

This custom build features:

✔️ Viking Engineering specialist robust but lightweight truck body
✔️ 1000L heated and insulated emulsion sprayer with self-filling system and tank level indicator
✔️ Adjustable heavy duty spray bar brackets with our enclosed 9-jet triple coverage spray bar
✔️ In-cab controls for remote spray bar operation
✔️ 10-gallon double-skinned, fully insulated bitumen boiler, engineered with reinforced angle rings for maximum structural strength and an anti-spill design, complete with our anti-leak plunger tap and flame failure protected burner
✔️ Weld mesh gas bottle cage to accommodate 2 × 19kg LPG cylinders
✔️ Chapter 8 compliant lighting and rear chevrons
✔️ Lockable toolbox with additional storage space for customer equipment
✔️ Finished in lightweight aluminium chequer plate with custom company branding throughout

Supply of 3.5T truck, custom chassis, 1000 litre insulated, heated and self filling tank. 9 jet extended low level spraybar controlled from the cab. Automatic self cleaning system. Gas bottle cage and tool storage box. Dropside storage. Sign written, chevrons and lightning. 👍🏻🇬🇧🛠

Fresh from the factory, our brand-new, purpose-built 1000L emulsion sprayer landed earlier this week, and we can't wait to put her to work 👷

A huge thank you to Viking Engineering Ltd. , who have been fantastic from start to finish. They have worked closely with us throughout the build, accommodating our ever-evolving wish list to create exactly the right machine for Devon Tarmasters. 👌

One of our key requirements was a vehicle that could be driven by all of our operatives without the need for a HGV licence, while still delivering the capacity, reliability and build quality we were looking for.

Here is to many years of reliable service!

🚧 Another BS1000 hard at work! 🚧

Our valued customer, AJ Bretherton Groundworks & Plant Ltd, putting their trailer mounted BS1000 to work as part of the asphalt surfacing works at the Reebok Stadium in Bolton.

The BS1000 is applying the bitumen bond coat ahead of the new asphalt, helping create a strong, durable bond for a long lasting finished surface.

This P2000 sprayer has undergone a complete refurbishment, giving it a new lease of life and many more years on the road.

From structural, pump and engine repairs to a fresh finish, it has been restored to excellent working condition for a fraction of the cost of buying new 🫰

Need to put right a section of asphalt without ripping everything out?

Unhappy with the finish? Puddling? Failed reinstatement? Cold Joints? Scuffed or damaged areas?

The MIRA-1 Infrared Asphalt Heater allows you to repair the affected area by reheating the existing asphalt, rather than cutting it out and starting again.

This is RNR Surfacing Ltd's second truck mounted sprayer from us, showcasing our new lightweight truck body on a 3.5T, packed with features including a 1000L heated and self-filling tank, 9-jet extended spray bar, remote-controlled operation, onboard air compressor, automatic self cleaning system, gas bottle cage, and integrated toolboxes and storage.
