Today we celebrate the retirement and new chapter of our Founder and Managing Director, Nick Adams.
Nick hasn’t just built a business, he’s built a family 🥰
Over the years, he’s given thousands of people an opportunity, believed in them, supported them and helped them build careers that have gone on to provide for their families. Behind every employee is a partner, children, parents and loved ones whose lives have also been positively impacted by the opportunities Nick created.
Advantage NRG has always been about people and that starts with the culture Nick built. One where hard work is recognised, opportunities are created and people are encouraged to grow.
From everyone at Advantage NRG; past and present, and from the families who have been part of this journey, thank you, Nick. Thank you for your vision, your leadership, your kindness and for changing so many lives along the way.
Whilst today marks the beginning of a new chapter, your legacy will continue to live on through the people you’ve inspired and the company you’ve built.
