• Under floor heating to the entire Ground floor
• New extension built using reclaimed Accrington 🧱
• New fascia, soffits, Gutters & downpipes

What was once an unusable conservatory, freezing in winter, boiling in summer is now a beautiful, fully functional extension with a brand-new kitchen! Here’s how we did it:

🚧 Old Conservatory Removed –
We took it down completely to start fresh with a proper extension.

🧱 New Insulated Structure Built

🪟 Large Windows & Doors Installed – Maximizing natural light while keeping the temperature just right.

🍽️ Kitchen installed – A spacious, open-plan design perfect for modern living and entertaining.

Now, instead of a wasted space, the client has a stylish, practical extension that helps them grow as a family.

Renovation in progress! 🛠️✨

It’s not always about the final reveal & sometimes the real magic is in the transformation and the steps it takes to get there.
Here’s the latest update:

• Strip-out complete ✅
• Old timber studs removed 🪵
• All timber lintels replaced with concrete lintels 🏗️
• Small structural alterations completed upstairs🧱
• New stud walls and ceilings in place, showing the new layout 🏡

Every stage tells its own story, and it’s great to see how everything is coming together.
