Absolutely gutted, One mountain missing ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ท๓ ฌ๓ ณ๓ ฟ ๐๏ธ
The day started at 6am Friday
๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ We did Ben Nevis 30 mins under time despite one of the lads dislocating his finger
Straight on the bus ๐ to have a poo ๐ฉ stop and a brew, so that took back the 30 mins gain
1200hrs
So on the motorway we go a trip that should be 5 hrs with traffic took 7 and the driver after 4 hrs needed a 30 min break
1930 hrs
๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ scafell pike
Should have took with a push 3:15hrs
With seized legs to two of the lads took us 4:05
So roughly 2300hrs
Then with road closures a trip to ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ท๓ ฌ๓ ณ๓ ฟ Snowdon was supposed to take 5 hrs became 6, plus allowing the driver another stop meaning we would only land at the arguably the easier of the three โฐ๏ธ at 0500 hrs the following morning.
So the final nail was Snowdon. It should have taken us 4-5 hrs at best with seized legs and tired bodies but we were up for it! The driver of the coach then dropped the bomb shell that his shift finishes at 0900 hrs and itโs a 2.5hr drive back to Preston.
This meant our challenge was over as we would only be home for 1200hrs today ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ- ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ- ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ท๓ ฌ๓ ณ๓ ฟ
