1st February 2001.

That was the day we started on this journey and here we are 20 years later. 20 years! I can hardly believe it has gone so quickly.

Ian and I started Grantfen so that we had control of our own destiny, a chance to make a difference and an opportunity to do things the way we wanted. (Well, it was either that or taxi driving, as Ian put it at the time)

Engineering excellence has always been an integral part of our DNA and we have proven that time and time again over the years. It's not difficult to do the job right, most of the time it's easier but you do need dedication to carry it off.
We are lucky to work with like minded, dedicated and professional people who share the same goals and ambitions. We certainly wouldn't be where we are today without them.

At times it's been challenging, sometimes with hurdles that seemed insurmountable, but we persevered and we came through them together, often much wiser as a result!
Today we face a challenge of a different type, one that we are all facing, let's hope the same levels of dedication and perseverance gets us through this too.

A huge thank you to all of you that have been a part of our success over the years and long may it continue!
