We've called this latest one: Cyber Essentials - Are You Ready, or At Risk?

It's a really valuable one for businesses WITH or WITHOUT CE or CE+

I've potentially got the option of running a morning session with the same content, if I can get our guest speaker to come a little earlier...and you'll still be in on the complimentary two-course lunch.

Alongside this, I've got a few businesses who would have loved to attend, but couldn't make this date. I'm going to look at potentially setting up a July date for a repeat of the event, if I can get a decent group together.

⚠️ AI is becoming an incredible business tool… but cyber criminals are learning how to exploit it too.

A growing threat called “AI Poisoning” is being used to trick people into:
❌ Calling fake support numbers
❌ Visiting scam login pages
❌ Sharing passwords or security codes
❌ Sending money or sensitive information

One of the biggest scams right now involves “Forgot Password” requests. A scammer triggers a real password reset, then phones pretending to be support and asks you to read back the genuine verification code you’ve just received.

The moment you share it, they can take over your account.

Always:
✅ Verify information directly on official websites
✅ Never share one-time passcodes
✅ Avoid clicking login links sent to you
✅ Stay cautious of urgent requests for money or passwords

AI is powerful but it’s not always able to tell what information is trustworthy.

Your people are still your first line of defence.
