Veracity is seeking an additional Technical Support Engineer (TSE) to maintain the high level of support provided to our growing installed base of customers across the Middle East. The successful candidate will be based in our Dubai office and will work closely with our existing highly experienced team.

We are looking for a talented problem-solver with customer-facing skills who can learn about the wide range of network connectivity, video recording and storage, video wall controller and integrated security management products and systems which Veracity provides to the market. The TSE will work with systems ranging from simple to complex, designing solutions, developing sets of specifications for the customer, and integrating and supporting them at every stage of a project lifecycle.

Veracity provides a high standard of service to our distributors, system integrators and end-users, earning their trust by solving their problems and meeting their current and long term needs.

To be considered for this role, you will hold a degree in a relevant field, such as Electronics, IT or Software Engineering, with suitable relevant experience. Microsoft, Linux, networking or other relevant certifications are an advantage.
