Due to an expansion in our facilities, we are now back open to Public Retail Customer base. We are currently working on a 6 x week lead time, but if you get your orders in early enough, we will try our best to satisfy your needs.

It is with regret that we announce that Cymru Stone Products has now closed for ALL Retail Business.

Due to overwhelming orders from the Trade Sector, we are unable to continue to support our Retails Customers for the foreseeable future.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but similar products can be purchased from TALBOT BLOCK (Port Talbot), BRACEY’s (South Cornelly) and JEWSON (Bridgend).

The last couple of weeks and days have been increasingly stressful for us all and we, as a business, have tried to implement new measures to operate in the current climate in a safe manner to protect our customers, workforce and families.

Unfortunately, our inability to manufacture and deliver our products, whilst keeping the Government minimum safe distances protocol makes it is impossible for us to continue to operate in a way in which we feel we can keep our staff safe any longer. Our staff have partners, parents and children alike, and we, as a business that has always but customers and family before profit, have a Duty of Care to protect them and the NHS by ensuring we do not contribute to the problem.

It is for these reasons, and with a very heavy heart, that we have made the decision to close the business until further notice.

In the coming days and weeks, we will be both closely monitor the Government Advice and we will try to come up with a plan to restart trading in a safer method / environment, looking at phased manufacturing, operational lock down and Stop/Start isolation periods - but until we can, we will remain closed.
