The largest project we have took on to date !
A conjoined loft conversion.
Two separate properties with a flat roof dormer over the rear joining them together then a party wall built between to separate them again to maximise the space of both properties.
The 1st property gaining a master bedroom large landing with storage area then separate bathroom with end gable window and roof lights .
The second property gaining a master bedroom,office space and bathroom with three apex dormers and electric flat roof windows.
The both of them finished to a really high spec !
Both stunning in so many ways!

Master bedroom and bathroom with bespoke fitted wardrobes and eave storage cupboards.
This was a new house with a trussed roof so a lot of steel required to convert .
Permitted development only needed.
Passed off by building control!

This one is split into three rooms for different uses .
We also do home offices,gyms or just general storage like the one above.

Now a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom property a lot cheaper than moving house .

Master bedroom with large en-suite and plenty of eave storage and fitted wardrobes.
Stairs took off the existing landing with nothing took off the front bedroom.

Expensive at around £8,500 fitted but great if you don’t have the room for a staircase!
