As the next phase of our concrete operations takes shape, we're looking for a Concrete Plant Operator to join our growing team.
📍 Marchwood
⏰ 47.5 hours per week
💷 Competitive salary + benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a major new operation on Southampton Water and play a key role in its success.
You'll be responsible for:
✔️ Running the concrete plant safely and efficiently
✔️ Managing daily production, materials and stock control
✔️ Coordinating site operations and vehicle movements
✔️ Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and compliance
✔️ Supporting the continued growth of our new Marchwood operation

Previous concrete batching experience is preferred.

We’re proud to share that the Wainwright Contracting Team achieved PAS 2080 accreditation.

As Corporate Members of Frome Rotary, were delighted to support the brilliant students at Frome College recently for their exciting "Dragons' Den" style business challenge.
