Another snow day! ❄️
Many people have been struggling with their boilers not working over the past few days!
If your boiler has stopped working in this freezing weather, it could be a frozen condensate pipe. This is the white pipe that leaves the bottom of your boiler and can be seen leading into external drains.
To resolve this issue - get the kettle on and carefully pour the boiling water onto the pipe to defrost any ice blockage! To ensure this doesn't happen again you could always wrap the pipe with a towel for insulation.
