Above & Beyond – Team Get-Together
Another great turnout for our monthly Above and Beyond gathering!
This month, the Above and Beyond Award went to the entire team in recognition of everyone's collective effort during an extremely busy month. The dedication, teamwork, and resilience shown have been nothing short of outstanding – thank you all! 🙌
As always, we fuelled up with some incredible butties from Crumb. – consistently spot on.
Staff will receive their prize as a token of appreciation for going the extra mile.

🚴‍♂️ FROM BOARDROOM TO BIKE SADDLE – AND BACK (eventually)! 🚴‍♂️
Massive kudos to our Managing Director, Steven Kenny, who decided that cycling 312km around Mallorca’s mountains in a single day sounded like a “fun challenge.” And somehow… he nailed it! 💪
On April 26th, Steven crossed the finish line of the epic Mallorca 312 with a net time of 12 hours, 3 minutes, and 56 seconds, powered by pure determination, a questionable number of energy gels, and probably some motivational ‘90s bangers.
📸 See Steven in action under the finish arch below — proof that lycra and leadership do indeed go hand in hand.
He’s back in the office (just about), and officially allowed to drink his coffee out of a bidon — that’s cyclist-speak for a water bottle, by the way.
👏 Huge congrats, Steven — you’ve made us proud, and a little bit tired just thinking about it.

A huge thank you to all the children of our RCS Doors employees who took part in our Easter Colouring Competition — we’ve been absolutely blown away by the fantastic entries we received! 🖍️🌈 The creativity, colour, and effort from all our little artists was amazing, and it's safe to say our judge has a very tough job picking the winners! 😅👏
