In the 1990’s, Paverprint transformed the Boat House Pub in Wallingford with PICSPAVE paving, blending historical charm with modern functionality. Located by the Thames, this project aimed to enhance an old building into a vibrant bar and restaurant while respecting local architecture and heritage.

Key goals included:

Attractive, low-maintenance paving for the outdoor drinks and dining area overlooking the Thames.

Flood resilience to handle frequent winter flooding on the lower terrace.

Over three decades later and after being submerged under Thames quite a few times, the PICSPAVE paving continues to excel in both aesthetics and performance, proving its lasting quality.
