Wembley Park is no stranger to Sapphire Balconies, and the NE02 is the latest development in the area, spanning several high-rise residential units in northeast Wembley, overlooking the famous Wembley Stadium.

The Clip-On™ connection, developed in collaboration with leading construction company Sisk, serves multiple purposes: optimising thermal efficiency, enhancing safety by minimising the risk of fire and connecting directly to a pre-cast façade. The focus was on optimising thermal efficiency and safety by reducing thermal breaks through the facade. The lightweight (350kg) aluminium clip-on balcony system for NE02 is a testament to this commitment.

We are thrilled to have supplied 94 balconies to the Glenheron project, a new development by Cairns. 🏡

Glenheron is a new development by Cairns, comprising multiple family homes, apartment buildings and residencies. We supplied 94 balconies to this project, streamlining the project by design thanks to early engagement and a good relationship with the team at Cairn.

We worked closely with the contract manager and design manager at Cairn to identify and rectify potential issues and challenges. We were able to minimise logistical movements using clever stacking of lorries when transporting balconies to the site. The project ran incredibly smoothly and we’re happy to have supplied the balconies to this fantastic Irish project.

Another huge development here as our fantastic rep Murray Hone recently had the chance to visit Vienna House to watch the initial concrete pour. 🏘️

Vienna House is a brand new development in Vancouver, where sustainability is king. We're proud to have a small part in Vienna House's grand beginnings and are excited to see how the project takes shape over the coming years as a sustainable centre for residential living.

Mayor of Vancouver, Ken Sim, FCPA, FCA, has previously spoken on Vienna House's initial ground breaking:
