This particular job was a house converted in to four flats.

Here we have an example on why boiler servicing is so important.

This was the first time we attended this boiler and found it in an unsafe condition.
The heat exchanger was leaking from the sump evident by the staining on the chassis. A test with the flue gas analyser confirmed this quickly.

The boiler also had high emissions which upon investigation was traced to the burner gasket.

We discussed the options with the customer and it was decided that we would replace the heat exchanger.

The boiler is back up and running like new again and all with 48 hours!
