Builder / Working Foreman – Step-Up Role
Location: Reading, Berkshire

Pay: £22–£30/hour depending on experience + performance bonus

Trestle Group is a growing construction company focused on quality residential refurbishments, conversions, and bespoke builds. We use systems, scopes, and planning to deliver work we’re proud of — and jobs that don’t burn people out.
We’re looking for a builder who’s ready to step up into a site lead role. You’ll be hands-on, but with structure and support.
What You’ll Do:
Run smaller residential jobs (with 1–2 others on site)
Follow detailed scopes and drawings
Keep the job running smoothly, cleanly, and on budget
Coordinate directly with the company owner
Learn our system and grow with it
What You’ll Get:
Hourly rate: £22–£30 based on experience

What We’re Looking For:
CIS registered
Experience working on residential sites
Ability to read drawings and scopes
Own van and tools
Solid communicator who can think ahead, not wait to be told
