You’d never guess that this calm little space hides some serious work underneath it; nearly 2m-deep footings, hidden steels holding up the first floor, and even a few rebuilt walls after previous subsidence issues.

But even with all that going on, we still care just as much about the small things! Like exactly where this light should hang. Handcrafted by a local artist, it needed to be just right.

After some careful planning (and a few chats with the client and electrician), we got it spot on.

Because in the end, it’s the details that make the difference. ✨

We recently completed a series of structural alterations to completely open up the ground floor, transforming it into this bright, spacious kitchen and dining area.

By removing internal walls and reconfiguring the layout, we’ve created a seamless flow between the kitchen and living space, perfect for modern family life and entertaining.

You wouldn’t know that there are 5 steels hidden in the kitchen ceiling and walls!
