This development was constructed to the rear of an operating Public House and the beer garden became the site for two new 4 bedroom detached houses with detached garages.

The properties were handed over to the client and occupied within 4 months of completion.

The project consisted of the demolition of an existing bungalow, and a large new-build contemporary 4 bedroom house in its place in an exclusive part of Shiplake with views across the Thames.
Internally the finishes were to a very high specification, ranging from Fired Earth tiling, Harvey Jones kitchen, I.D. Systems windows and doors, Outhouse sanitary ware and Farrow & Ball decorations.
The property is also complimented with a complete home automation system, known as Control 4, and allows you to control the heating system, Velux windows, blinds, all T.Vs, entertainment system, CCTV, external lighting, security gates, security system, etc, and all from the comfort of your armchair using your 'Tablet'
