Rendered property freshened up with a nice clean :)

A few basic bathrooms from the social housing contract in 2021, not all of them were complete refits. Some were just bathrooms with no painting or floors etc.

We are currently looking for self employed trades people on a ongoing basis, ideally a team of two would be great but all considered.
Most of the works will be around the south Birmingham area.

Requirements:

* own transport

* own tools

* PPE

* UTR number

* Attention to detail

* Motivated

* Honest

* Willing to work within a small team but also lone work.

* individuals must be Competant of fitting basic kitchens and bathrooms, or working within a capable crew .

* Possible other works may be required such as hanging doors painting etc

Most of the jobs will be price but occasional day rate can happen.
