New kitchen underway, new plumbing, electrics, hand wash hotwater unit fitted to reduce and save the loss of water from the boiler when running it for hot water, so hence money & energy savings, final finish kitchen to follow

Built a timber covered leantoo, with corrigated sheet roof, 3 padstone bases for metal post feet, secured & bolted, all timber is treated for outside, later fitted gutter & downspouts and water butts.

New client, wanted a small loft trap enlarged to incoporate a ladder.
This required resizing of the opening, new noggings to ensure secured joist, thus enabling a new mdf framework to be set in place, then fitting the fold down ladder, attach the springs and cut diwn the ladder to suit the hieght, re-lay any loft flooring, new architrave and 3 coat painting to finish, fitted a new switched loft bulkhead light, another satisfied customer.

Nice finished red cedar wood cladding, followed up with some composite decking, to a small balcony for my clients in stratford.
