✨ From 2 rooms… to 1 proper family space ✨

This project started as a separate kitchen and dining room that just didn’t flow. We opened it all up to create a bright, usable space the whole family can actually enjoy together.

Full renovation carried out including:
• Complete strip out
• Structural opening
• Full re-plaster
• New electrics throughout
• Screeded floor
• Compact laminate worktops with custom drainage grooves
• Integrated AEG appliances

And a little upgrade along the way…
We added a waterfall edge to the island — not in the original plans, but it absolutely finishes the kitchen off 👌

Just waiting on the Karndean flooring to go down and this one will be complete.

Beautiful, if I do say so myself 😅

Little one a bit closer to home on this job 😊

Since moving into our new house I’d always planned to convert most of the garage into a second lounge / games room for Teddy. Just over a week ago I finally stopped talking about it and started it… and this is where we’re at today 👌

From a packed out storage garage to a proper cosy media room — flooring down, walls done, electrics in, TV up and nearly finished. Just a bit of skirting to go and some custom boxing around the gas meter and heating pipework.

Teddy now has his own space to watch TV or jump on the Xbox 🎮

Proof we don’t just do it for customers — we live it too.

In its place we’ve installed a Baxi Platinum Compact Combi with a 10-year warranty, complete with:
