A recent combi swap for a local hotel. The Baxi, an old non condensing boiler certainly put a shift in. Now replaced with a Viessmann 100-W complete with 12 year parts and labour warranty.

Like many small, local businesses, our costs have continued to rise — materials, fuel, parts, insurance, compliance, and running a fully qualified, insured service all cost significantly more than they did even a short while ago.

We’ll be making a small adjustment to our prices from today.
