St Agnes 2 Single Story Extensions - After a very wet February we knocked out all the condemned Stonework after propping up the 1st floor elevation and rebuilding the ground floor structure tieing it into the timber from house ready to start our blockwork on both extensions

St Agnes 2 Single Story Extensions -

our block and beam floor installed we can now tackle the condemned Stonework on both properties, the stone failed on all the houses on the estate and we cannot tie in our new extension into this structurally . After over a year of waiting from solicitors / insurances we got the green light to take apon the demolishing ourselves in order to start the extension.

We've installed acro props and strong boys all along the back elevation only taking down a panel at a time and building back up again in blockwork which will soon be our interior walls .

Fantastic progress made despite the weather and with other jobs ongoing keeping all customers happy ☺️ the lads have done an amazing job 👏

Pendeen Storm Goretti Roof Damage Repairs

A good customer of mine unfortunately hit with the exposed winds of Storm goretti had a few minor Repairs need doing from the insurance we offered a 10 year warranty on this with compliance with the insurance policy .
We've been waiting for this one for awhile now with delays with scaffolders ( road licences) so we had to take action and hire in a tower scaffold from Bradfords Building Supplies 👷‍♂️
Couldn't of picked a better day for this one 🌞

- 6 concrete ridge tiles cemented in place with a new ridge iron

- small repair to the dorma window side panel

⚠️ URGENT ⚠️ in need of scaffolding to reach the roof of this property easy access to get the gear to the job .
Good customers of mine have been let down with insurance company since the storm damage and I now have the contract to do the works and ideally need scaffolding up next week to repair . Water is getting into the property if any scaffolders can PM me Jonny May greatful for your services
