Job Title: Multi-Skilled Self-Employed Labourer

Location: Various sites (travel required)

Pay Rate: £16 per hour

Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Multi-Skilled Self-Employed Labourer to join our team working on a range of construction and property maintenance projects. A large part of the role will involve void property rip outs, preparing properties for refurbishment, along with assisting with general building and maintenance tasks on site.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out void property rip outs, including removing kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, fixtures and fittings
Strip out properties ready for refurbishment or renovation
Assist tradespeople with various construction tasks
Carry out basic multi-trade duties such as minor carpentry, basic plumbing, patch repairs and general site work
Load, unload and move materials and waste from site
Ensure properties and sites are kept clean, safe and organised
Follow all health and safety procedures on site
Travel to different job sites as required

Requirements:
Must be self-employed
Own tools and vehicle required
Previous experience in construction, refurbishment, or property maintenance
Experience with rip outs / strip outs is preferred
Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team
Good awareness of site health and safety

Pay & Benefits:
£16 per hour
Ongoing work available for the right candidate
Variety of projects including refurbishment and maintenance work
Immediate start possible

We are looking for an experienced Self-Employed Joiner/Multi Skilled to work on void social housing properties and tenanted properties across Flintshire. Immediate start available with consistent, long-term work and the opportunity to boost earnings through fixed-price jobs.
Duties include:
Fitting internal doors, architraves & skirting
Basic kitchen installations
First & second fix joinery
Working alongside other trades
Maintaining high quality and safety standards
Requirements:
Proven joinery/carpentry experience
Own tools & full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently
CSCS card (preferred)
