New Build Health Centre ✅

These photos show just a small amount of the work that went into delivering the new Middleton and Dinsdale Medical Practice Health Centre.

As main contractor on the project working alongside a great project team the £2 million development has given the practice a massive upgrade from having worked out of a portacabin for the previous 6 years.

It was fantastic to be able to attend the official opening last month and see what a difference the building is now making to staff and patients alike.

£1.9 million refurbishment of Stokesley Health Centre recently completed.

The health centre has been transformed entirely over the past 11 months. A fantastic project to have been involved with from start to finish which is now giving the fantastic staff and patients much improved facilities throughout.

Georgian Theatre Royal Auditorium Redevelopment 🎭

Lovely local project completed earlier this year whilst the theatre was closed throughout the pandemic.

So much more to this project than seen in the photos.

Works included removal of the notoriously uncomfortable bench seating and tiering alterations with reclaimed pitch pine throughout the auditorium for the new amazing seats and addition of spaces for improved wheelchair seating. New dividers throughout the boxes. New and improved sophisticated lighting. Removal and replacement of the old canvas. Lime plaster repairs. Redecoration throughout and staining of the new and old floor and the rest.....

Excellent to see it now being used in all its glory again. Encourage everyone to book and go see a show as soon as you can.

Refurbishment of Outwood Primary Academy Ripon ✅

This 5 month contract recently completed through covid restrictions and in a live school included the refurbishment of 8 WC and cloaks areas, new classroom suspended ceilings and lighting throughout, re roofing and replacement rooflights, new anthracite grey fascia and cladding / external doorsets.

A complete transformation and great upgrades for an excellent school.

Nice entrance transformation recently carried out 👌

Existing elevation was demolished and rebuilt with the addition of a porch extension and GRP flat roof with composite front door and new window.

The existing window was repositioned and the stone quoins, cills and heads make a massive difference and transforms the entrance to this property 🏡
