This job in is now completed on the outside. Clients had asked if we could do anything about the poor insulation in the house. This is a typical problem, cold in the winter/hot in the summer. With a loft conversion you have no problem with the insulation but you can notice the difference with the rest of the house. One way to over come this is by adding insulation to the outside of the house. The photos show a before on the right and finished on the left. We used a combination of Universal primer (The red paint shown), Expanded polystyrene EPS insulation board 50mm and silicone render. The silicone render does have advantages over traditional sand and cement as it will allow the building to breath as well as good thermal properties. ?

Structure up on this job! an L - shape loft conversion. If you have a Victorian terrace house you will almost certainly have a rear addition to it. This makes for a great loft conversion as you can add an addition bedroom as well as an making it a two bedroom loft. Or you could make it an office space... your choice!🏠

A fantastic we completed in the summer last year. A Hip to Gable conversion that really added much needed living space to the house. Complete with duo velux's over the stairwell, bedroom and ensuite. We also made up a bespoke his and hers wardrobe to fit the shape of the loft too. Something a bit different was the commissioning to construct a bespoke vanity unit in the bathroom. Including an old butchers block as the base for the basin to sit on!

All finished and ready for painting. This hip to gable conversion includes two top and tail velux's over the stairwell, a bespoke wardrobe, glass Juliet balcony and a vanity unit that we made out of oak. Herringbone tiling in the shower too. A lot of effort when in to this and it will look very smart once painted. Another happy customer!

Our latest loft conversion is well underway in . This is a Hip to Gable conversion with large bedroom and bathroom. 5 new Velux's going in so plenty of light!

The finishing touches to our in Tring. Thanks to for the new plunge saw a cracking bit of kit, a precision tool for constructing wardrobes. 👍

Pre-plaster on out latest loft conversion. Quite a wide loft this one so bathroom fits well down one end. Also have a sliding door on this one as they work really well in a bathroom to save space.
