Ferntower project completed towards the end of last year. A complete refurbishment, with a new basement excavated to include kitchen & dining room level. Underfloor heating installed throughout basement. High spec fittings and fixtures fitted throughout property.

Faulty showers in chalfont replaced. We couldn't find tiles to match existing, panels are the best option. Two great Grohe showers used the Grohe Grohtherm smartcontrol shower set and the Grohe Euphoria smartcontrol

A new Ideal Logic max combi installed with a powerflush carried out.
The old Vaillant had a split main heat exchanger, we recommended a boiler exchange due to cost of repair.
Ideal system filter fitted to comply with 10 years manufactures warranty
Fitted a new filling loop in a more accessible position for elderly client

Hyde park square project finished back in December. An awful lot going on a little cupboard, all about the square footage I guess. New steam generator fitted for the ensuite shower room.
