Delivering innovative engineering solutions is just the beginning.

At Osbit, we continue to work closely with our customers long after equipment leaves our workshop, making sure every system performs safely, efficiently and reliably offshore.

Once a project is delivered, we provide tailored operational support, helping our customers get the most from their systems across complex global wind farm projects.

Whether it's commissioning, onsite technical support, training or troubleshooting, we're proud to be there when our customers need us most.

We love seeing our kit delivering value in our customers’ operations and it is a pleasure to continue working alongside our customers after we’ve delivered our equipment, to provide an extensive range of support services.

We always enjoy a bit of friendly competition and earlier this week our team working in Singapore had a great time playing 7-a-side football with our colleagues at Baker Engineering Pte Ltd.

It's always great to come together for some sporting fun, get to know each other away from the workplace, and strengthen the relationships that are so important to successful project delivery.

A big thank you to Baker Engineering for hosting us and we look forward to the next match!

We know that some of the best ideas come from sharing learning and experiences across our business, which is why we hold regular Osbit knowledge-share sessions.

Led by our project owners, these sessions provide an open forum to showcase a project, discuss what worked well, reflect on key learnings, and answer questions from colleagues across the business.

TechTalks are an important part of our teaching and learning culture, encouraging collaboration, continuous improvement, and the sharing of knowledge that helps us deliver even better solutions for our customers.

Delivering innovative equipment goes hand in hand with making sure our people go home safely every day.

Whilst many of our engineers already hold rescue-at-height qualifications, we recently identified that further training would be valuable to support our team's, and provided a refresher course tailored specifically to our site, equipment and working environment.

Rescue North East Ltd delivered bespoke training designed around the way we work, using our equipment and realistic rescue scenarios focussing on the tasks our teams are likely to encounter. By tailoring the training to our operations, our engineers gained valuable hands-on experience that directly supports the work they'll be carrying out in the months ahead.

When working at height, rescue training is a critical part of the job. A fast and competent rescue response can significantly reduce the risk of serious injury, suspension trauma and prolonged exposure whilst awaiting emergency assistance.

At Osbit, health and safety is about continually investing in our people, raising standards, and ensuring every project is delivered with safety at its core. When project-specific training is needed, we'll always invest in giving our teams the knowledge, skills and confidence to carry out their work safely.
