Another garage conversion. This was the biggest of them all. But like always ran like clockwork. All done to building regs and signed off ✅.
This was a cold unused space but now it is an extension of the house and is another usable room.
We removed the old garage door and bricked up the bottom. Then we insulated the whole room fitted a new floor and plastered the lot. There was new electrics fitted and new plumbing for the hidden utility room. We even made some shelving for around the boiler to store everything. From the outside you wouldn’t ever know this used to be a garage. Let us know what you think!!

Are you struggling for space in your home? This customer was. So we cut a door from the hallway to the back of the garage, blocked the old doorway up and converted some unused space to create a utility room. Even the boiler went in here and allowed for more cupboard space in there kitchen.

Well this was a great job. Removed the stud wall to really open up the kitchen, new wiring and plumbing, fresh plaster and this fabulous kitchen with quartz tops fitted. We also put in a new utility room and even added a downstairs loo.
